C64 Direct-to-TV Giveaway Details

• The giveaway will commence when the 30-day film campaign is launched and the film campaign's website located at www.seedandspark.com/fund/iadoremy64film is able to process incoming pledges from backers.

• Only one of the first 50 backers to pledge $25 or more will become eligible to receive a Commodore Direct-to-TV device. The device is in used condition but has been tested and is nominally functional.

• A backer, who is within the eligible pool of backers that has pledged $25 or more, will be selected at random when and if the campaign reaches 80% of its total funding goal within the 30-day campaign. If the campaign does not reach 80% of it's total funding goal within the 30-day campaign time limit the giveaway will be cancelled. 

• The backer will be notified of their selection via the email address they provided when they made their pledge of $25 or more on the film campaign's website. This backer has 36 hours to respond via email and provide a shipping address. If, for any reason, an email response is not received from the backer within that time period they will forfeit their their status as the selected party and will not receive the device. Should this occur, a new backer will be selected and this process will repeat until a response and shipping address is received within a 36 hour window.

• The device will be shipped, free of charge, to the backer if they provide a shipping address within the continental USA or Canada. The device will be shipped at backer's expense if the shipping address they provide is outside the continental USA or Canada. If the backer declines to accept the device because of the cost associated with shipping it they will forfeit their status as the selected backer and a new backer will be chosen per the process described earlier.

• This giveaway can be cancelled by the originator at any time due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances. Backers acknowledge that cancellation is a possibility and agree that they are not eligible to receive a refund of their pledge if the giveaway is cancelled.
